Yeah, I'm surprised, too - I clicked into it and there is one review that says this:

Okay here we go, get this- There's a qualification test and you give this request their permission to access your Reddit account so they can scrape it afterwards the hit comes up on M Turk and it pays 3.27 So I said sure why not it helps research is what I told myself and there was about 15 attention checks and I passed every single one of them. So after I've allowed them access to my Reddit account and faithfully did their survey that was timed at 40 minutes, they send me a rejection and say that I finished it too fast. It took me 20 minutes to do it. lol How long did they expect me to work for $3.27?? I answered to the best of my ability and honestly and missed no attention checks they just wanted to scrape my Reddit account... how disgusting

That's just gross. How long did you want me to work for $3.27? Your survey was timed at 40 minutes, I missed 0 attention checks and I gave you access to scrape my Reddit account and now you want to send me a rejection? What a clown! It should've been Minimum payment of $15. I gave you access to my Reddit account and I did your survey and the thanks I get is a rejection, that damages my account with a 99.99% approval rating that I've held for 5 years. You're nasty gross. You're immoral and you used me to you get my data this is a clear cut and dry case of data theft.

So I'm really not sure why it says no rejections ... and I wrote a review saying I was rejected too, but it's not showing up for me. Very odd.
