Today is Nevada Day so all State, City and County offices are closed but we get mail. I'm trying to decide if I should go back to bed . . . I slipped yesterday and twisted my left leg badly - agony started in the wee morning hours - I had to watch videos of how to get out of a chair, etc. Currently I have a desk drawer under my gel cushion which works really well. Hurts the same whether I am lying down, sitting, etc.

Took aspirin, rubbed on more Voltaren, slept a wee bit, doing better.

Made it through the whole day and while definitely NOT 100% I've improved a lot. I wasn't nearly as uncomfortable after my nap, Voltaren, and aspirin. I'm so relieved because early this morning I was afraid I had really screwed myself up! Now I'm going to go and read in bed taking all my nostrums with me.
