Easiest way I know of is to go to turkerview.com, click the search magnifying glass icon across the top of that website, make sure "Requesters" tab is active on the search screen when you type in the requester's name, click the requester search result you want, then click the envelope icon next to the requester's name on their overview page to send them a message, and expect some kind of error message after sending but they should get your message.
