IDK. She's just a grad student and sure, it's bad form. But she designed a survey with very good pay, and probably has a very specific budget. I'm guessing that it would be hard for her to afford another HIT.
So, sure folks here are in the right to be pissed. But if it were me, (and this is just me!), I'd redo it and send it along. (I kind of sympathize with her)

lots of variables there. it'll help if you post what program you are using and settings etc

Yeah sorry fir being vague. Ok so I did update it yesterday on greasyfork. So I'm using Turkmaster I have had no problems setting up a batch panda and the hits flowing to my queue but recently it hasn't worked at all.
