This is about as simple as it could be done, the biggest problem being that it runs when you're in preview as well. Fixing that makes things much more complicated. Another thing is that you're gonna need to build the include list with the source URLs for the HITs you work on, right now it will work on most if not all amazon hosted HITs though

When did restaurants and movies turn into .75 base?

They sent an email out yesterday saying they were switching to flat fee with no bonuses, but of course left the bonus language in the hit, so who knows what they're doing. I imagine they want to cut the pay to .75 total with no bonus, can't see them wanting to increase the pay.
