I never got the email either even though it says I was qualled. SO I emailed them and they told me to return it because they emailed all the people that were suppose to do it.

For those who use chrome and don't know. You can enable individual tab muting but running 'chrome://flags/#enable-tab-audio-muting' in the main URL/search bar and enabling the highlighted function. Simply restart the browser after and tada!
