from my personal experience its pretty hard to do 50+ a day doing 6.00 an hour hits... I do it by doing 10, 15, 20 dollar an hour hits because much of the day is spent FINDING hits or WAITING, so the better paying hits are able to balance out the times where there was nothing available other than breligs and email hits.

Lets be honest... there isn't always a constant stream of work around these parts.

is around 12.00 per hour going to be acceptable for certain turkers until the end of time? :wink: People have different needs.
As soon as I train my drone to fly by your window and record you turking, I'll never work for less than 50.00 an hour again!

and I mentioned the 6.00 an hour because its kind of the official "thing" in mturk culture. I know a lot of you cringe just reading that, but Its in the Dynamo Guidelines and its the most frequently used rate of pay that many turkers would describe as "good."

Looking and even waiting for work - at a 'real' job - is work (and you get compensated).
So, I sort of factor that in to the whole mturk experience, too................
