It didn't really bother me either, he doesn't know what he's saying. I meant to get on to him but it's always so strange to see something that small say something like that so I end up giggling like an idiot and encouraging it >.<

When my daughter was little she kept on saying "poopy ass". One day her dad pissed her off so much she screamed " I hate you daddy! You poopy ass.... hole" She knew it was wrong but we couldn't stop laughing to punish her for it.
