I just saw a batch of "same receipts" (PandA) which had "no HITs" for me, despite a batch count of 1253.
Using a leisurely PandA, I can still queue 3-4 per minute.

This has been happening for about a week for me and mostly on the Zings. I don't know why. I don't get bounced all the time, though. And, sometimes my Panda actually picks them up. It seems to only happen with 1 and 3 cent Zings.
