Oh that's because @Vanyanka hides wine bottles in the toilet's water tank, they get really cold there. I mean that's a huge red flag but you know, whatever, she'll be alright.

Maybe she does it to conserve water. Some people put bricks in the tank to displace water and save resources. If she prefers to use wine bottles then that's her business.
