so i'm not very knowledgeable about computer operating systems and what not but I have the option to upgrade to windows 7 from windows vista for free. Idk if I should/even need to. The laptop is from 09 it's a dell. any input?

if its free to go from Vista to 7, i would, there are slight noticeable upgrades from Vista to 7 and usually you will run much more stable. I pretty much exclusively work on Dells so I can honestly say do it.

Agreed about the phone part. I would gladly grind these all day, but it's just too clunky to have to send from the phone to the computer.

After doing one of those Jefferson Li HITs and realizing they're pretty similar to the stuff I get from Pinecone Research...

I'm coming to the conclusion that I actually have way more influence over the products that end up in stores than I probably should.
