1. Do a lot (hundreds, or even thousands) of their un-qualed HITs.
2. Contact the requester through the AMT interface and ask politely for the qual.
3. They won't answer you directly, so you have to check to see whether you can perform the qualled HITs.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 as required.
