All a requester needs to block is your worker ID. It's possible you did a HIT for another requester in their research group and they don't want duplicates since their studies are similar.

You could possibly only have to comment out the line in mk.ii that attaches the projected earnings and bars without it effecting anything else.

I believe the there are not being any updates done to the goals edition anymore, if I remember correctly. So this edition isn't working for everyone...
