I've never had any luck keeping mystery snails, I've bought a couple of nerites though and those have survived well for a couple of years now. One even survived getting out of the tank and almost drying up.

My current plan is to have a shrimp+snails only tank because snails are so frickin cute and weird

I wish I liked avocado. The texture turns me off. I continually try. I've found 2 places that make guac that I can eat. It has to be pretty much mashed whipped like potatoes.

Yeah, avocado is like food of the gods. So delicious, but you do have to find them at the proper stage of ripeness. Slightly squishy. Just slightly

I have Cherry Shrimp, super low maintenance. They just catch whatever food the other fish leave behind and they keep breeding, doing their own thing, I never have to really take care of them. Well, except for when they get sucked up to the filter and then I have to retrieve them from there.

OK, got a free sample of some fancy harvested sea salt today from one of the boyfriend's distributors. So I decided to visit the sellers website so I could figure out why this salt is so much better than all the other salt. As I was perusing the site, I found this. This is quite possibly the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.

I have a pile of these in my back yard. Not only that, but I can order a bushel of oysters with the oysters still in them for about 30 dollars. Ridiculous
