I think the issue here is you always call Crowdsurf Crowdsource and that's what confused them

Heh. Two very different companies. @Maria Tortilla, Crowdsurf is still around (although they also post one some other site, too). But Crowdsource left MTurk and is just using their own platform now (called OneSpace).
