With some batches I can work out and still ham. I've mentioned it a few times in the threads... but there are programs out there that let you actuate key macros (and subsequently ahk scripts) using your voice with a microphone. So... with quite a few of the batches that don't require a lot of in depth work... I can put on a headset... boot up my fujitsu convertible laptop, put it in tablet mode and set it up on the cross bar of my exercise bike or my tread mill... and ham the fuck out hands free.

I might get odd looks at the gym if I'm yelling "indigo" over and over at my iPad.

It's unfortunate that he was only in like 1 or 2 episodes of the show. I really liked that whole story line in the books.
