There's tens of thousands of items that you'll never know exist but have to be there to run everything in the background. The antivirus has to check them all in case some little shit is hiding among them.

Damn... good thing I did the "quick scan." Full scan would take years!

Baby when are you going to understand that true beauty is on the inside? All these people I'm watching being cut up by surgeons, they all look so beautiful and not at all like disgusting blobs that make me ill.
