I had that problem when I first moved here. It was unlimited, then they put the cap on, and it slowed waaaay down every time. I ended up changing to a business account for $99/mo to get higher speeds and no cap. I hate Comcast

Once you get close to your bandwidth allocation they start I think...it was 9/10ths of ours when it started. Now I cant load any pages with videos or images unless I'm on my phone's 3g. Mturk aint much good when it takes like 5 minutes to load a HIT. Even if you're nowhere near hitting the bandwidth limit it's never as fast as they advertise. Man I hate comcast.

at least you get comcast.... i live out in the middle of nowhere, and att is all we have, and it is their dsl crappy internet. We have copper wiring out here in this area, so the max speed i get is like 6mb.. and sometimes it isnt even that good.
