These are the instructions that are in the HIT save I have access to ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Please read all instructions VERY CAREFULLY before tagging.

1) Take a close, careful look at each GIF.

2) Write the names of every character that the appears in the GIF image.

3) Please write FULL NAMES as they appear on the visual guide below. (Ex. "Homer Simpson" instead of "Homer"). Here is a direct link to the character guide if you want to reference it on a separate window.

5) If there is no character in the GIF, please write a very, very brief description of the image (ex. "house", "nuclear power plant", "tv set", "dolphin")

6) If you don't know the name of the character, please write "?"

It's confusing because it says that but also example #2 shows "homer simpson" as an "ideal tag".

That makes sense if its the same .gif from the character tagging batch, cause they would already have all of those tagged.
