I hate Sebrings, lol. This happens all the time. Yes, a mechanic at a shop will suggest a proper fix(replacement) but, glue isn't a bad idea. Never done it myself but even Duct Tape will stay on up to around 100mph. Just make sure the glue is VERY strong and maybe flexible. It couldn't hurt right?
I would actually pose this question to an auto upholsterer. They may be able to repair this with upholstery stuff.(not in my skill set) I hope this helps a little. Good luck.

Thanks you for the info! I've researched about using glue to do it and they do sell some on Amazon that other people have used for the same type of fix. I'll also look into the upholstery thing. I'd never even though of that as a possible solution lol.

I just had one that let me finish they whole survey to the code page to tell me I had already done a similar one and return the hit
