Actually the most recent was when I asked if they intended to do anything about the "Easy test" and those spam, stealing CC hits. I got a generic response, I can't even remember it, but it made me feel like my concerns weren't read by an actual person.

I've written Amazon about a lot of TOS violations.
Three or four times, they told me that the HIT in question was removed.
(If they cancel the requester account, they're not telling me).
Usually, I get the standard pablum about how we ought to report TOS violations through the interface.
