Be sure the requester is explicitly clear on the nature and importance of reversing rejections. It is unfortunately fairly common for inexperienced requesters to think they can make up for a wrongful rejection by just sending out bonuses of the pay amount instead of reversing. And once they've done that, they aren't going to want to pay you double by actually reversing.
