I'm deficient in D, as well. Apparently that goes hand in hand with hypo. But I knew I was deficient in D before I knew I had hypo. No matter what I do, I cannot get my D levels into normal range - even with prescription level D. Not good...
Are you taking D3? Have you considered light therapy or even tanning?

I'm a total night owl, so that's definitely another reason it's hard for me. I also just found out that I have hypothyroidism and I'm so tired all the time that it's pathetic. I feel like I could sleep pretty much at any point, no matter what. Definitely not conducive to earning money.
I have a really hard time with my schedule too. All my energy is at night. No matter what time I go to bed, I'm utterly exhausted when I wake up. If only society would dictate to my algorithms.

Yep, been taking D3 for months and months. I was even put on 50,000IU - which only helped bring me within normal range temporarily. I also have mild rosacea, so tanning beds are out. Too worries about skin cancer for that, as well. But if light therapy is safe and actually helps with vitamin D, it's definitely something I would seriously consider.

I have not been right since I moved back from the west coast. Circadian rhythms can suck it.

I also get all my energy at night, you thinking what I'm thinking?

That we should see a doctor specializing in sleep medicine in order to get a proper diagnosis, and find out which treatment, if any, apply in both our cases.

My psychiatrist has a light box in hid office and swears by it. They're not too pricey on Amazon. I tan well but now that I'm knocking on 40s door, I worry about wrinkles and such. I don't wear sunscreen day to day though so I think I soak a bit in. I have roseacea too. It's better as I've gotten older. It was worst in my mid20s

Hmmm... I will *definitely* do more research, then. The lowest D levels aren't supposed to sink below 30, I believe, and mine are at about 19-20. It's pretty concerning. I'm 31 and didn't get rosacea until a couple years ago, but I can't stand it. My face is always pink. Luckily, though, it's mild. I know some people have it much worse. Thank you for the information on light therapy, though - I had no idea that was a possible avenue.

I relate to all you night owls in here
lets all have a hug

When I was a kid in Argentina, we didn't have cable, we had like four channels and only one that played stuff past midnight. I was a night owl even then so I'd stay up watching this guy reading job listings which was the only thing playing that late at night.

When I was a kid, I was always rolling away from humans trying to take me for their enjoyment. Lost my parents at an early age. I still cry everyday about it

I'm not confident at all that these Miles hits will approve. I hope they do, but I've been let down so much in my life... it's whatever

I lose part of my pulp more and more each day

These seem tougher than the ones from earlier. Getting a lot of red boxes next to black shapes.

Oh, goddammit. I think you're kidding but there's part of me that wants to hug you and sweep your hair off your forehead while you fall asleep.
