Had 2 Katie Fords in my queue. One finally loaded. I did it, put in the survey code and clicked submit and it was taking awhile. I suddenly sneezed and when I looked back after blowing my nose it showed the code box, without code and submit button so I put the code back in and clicked submit. Didn't realize it had loaded the next one and somehow jumped down the screen. Grrrrr. I hope she checks her email before rejecting.

Randomly up and down, SSL errors, gateway errors, etc. Accepted a survey, didn't want to load until I had one minute left to complete it. Had to return it. Of course, returning it worked great.

I think Prolific = Kasisto.
