The HIT where I got logged out while submitting and TurkPrime said I had already done it last night, so was unable to submit? Just received this back from the requester.

I can see that you did complete the survey, but unfortunately you aren't recorded as having taken the HIT either in Mturk or Turkpime, accepted or rejected. That means you aren't on my list of workers and thus I don't have the ability to grant you credit. The site is set up to not allow duplicate IP addresses to stop people from taking it more than once.

I am sorry to hear about this problem, and you aren't the only one that this has happened to. What I'm thinking of doing is setting up another HIT later, after I finish collecting the full sample, that is specifically only open to all the people who had this problem where they took the survey but didn't get credit. Then I will auto-approve all of you in that HIT.

Is that okay or do you want to just leave it entirely alone? It will be a few days but you will definitely get the credit. This shouldn't hurt your approval rate since it wasn't recorded as a rejection either, it just "returned" the HIT for you as far as I can tell.
