Since no one answered and a search didn't help:

Did anyone have a problem with their qualed, ID listed Pindrop make-up HIT disappearing? I saw it, went to accept it and it no longer exists.

I didn't do these, but I know if someone looks at a hit it can momentarily disappear so it's possible maybe someone is looking at yours? Maybe panda it if you can?

It might be that other people (or scripts) are looking at the HIT -- or maybe not.

When I post a birthday HIT, it's actually a group of five HITs, with custom qual so that only one single person can do them. (I determined the number 'five' using rank empiricism. A smaller number of HITs is likely to 'disappear' more frequently). So I publish (and pay for) five HITs, until the worker performs the HIT. Afterwards, I can cancel the group and get a refund for the four pseudo-HITs.

Just PandA that sucker forever. Eventually, you'll probably get it.
