Most(probably more than most) big cities have an Italian "grocer". They are usually attached to a bakery or small restaurant. Here, it's attached to a cute takeout place. Anyway, you can get all your gear there. Most chain grocery stores carry marscapone as a cream cheese alternative. My local grocery store actually carries lady fingers most of the time but, they're shit. Make 'em yourself. Super easy. Then you can make chocolate or whatever flavour you like.
And, my shift key is sticking. Ugh. Any suggestions on a reasonably inexpensive keyboard that's made like a tank and not lit like a Christmas tree? Just typing NO gaming.
