Pleco isn't allowed to hand out gif baskets anymore. There were some real plague concerns when the last few gif baskets that he handed out were found to be infested with fleas.

There were good intentions behind that, though. I rubbed myself against the baskets so that people could get a whiff of my intoxicating musk. If they're dumb enough to catch the bubonic plague from my fleas I can't really be blamed for that.
