I bought one of those at Christmas, from Rite-Aid, for 1.99, lol. I bought it as a gag gift for a bald guy at the "office."

you can always to vocaroo and save as wav file

vocaroo was catching a ton of background noise, like my a/c and cars driving by.

I thought that hit would be easy, fired up my laptop voice recorder, did it in a quiet environment, all sounded great...then m4a format. So, not worth it anymore to keep doing it.

I'm off for the night. I'm feeling rather sick today after calculating that I just spent 1/12th of my annual take home pay fixing a water heater and my car over the past four days. I should work to try and recover some of that, but I think right now I just wanna go be sick for a bit and let that shock wear off.

That's from an Amazon reseller, and a pretty stupid one. They haunt clearance items and closeouts and sell on Amazon. Pretty much all you can do is write them a crappy review or return it. Amazon won't do anything, they make a fortune off of these guys (it's $40 per month to have an Amazon FBA account). I did this for about six months before I lost my mind packing and shipping......
