Refine his auto-search. Put doctor in front of the name and eliminate the street address. This will usually get you precisely what you need. Most specialties, even in another language, are pretty recognizable if you're familiar with healthcare at all. As others said though, don't do them if you don't have the numbers to cover rejections.
