I emailed Amazon awhile back and recommended they hire a technical writer to fix their damn requester guides. I expected to get a "clear your cache" reply but didn't get anything back.

I actually stopped consulting for requesters a while back. There was just too much work, and it was too time consuming (and most of them weren't willing to pay an appropriate amount to warrant the degree of hand holding they needed.)

Amazon really needs to update their documentation or all of these middle-man hit posting sites are going to continue driving worker pay down as they widen their own profits.
