At&T sends me a shakedown letter telling me unless I pay 30 more dollars a month or subscribe to a bundle package they are going to cap my internet and charge me 10 bucks per gig I go over up to 100 bucks. Oh and with a weeks notice till the change, it's great.

Oh and on top of that I find out because of my girlfriends shitty work that my states work laws are like slave labor, workers have no rights here. It's awesome.

I'm not sure of your details like state and how many people are employed by her company, but if the issue is serious you should check federal laws. I've had to deal with some worker's rights issues that weren't ultimately protected under federal law and that really fucking sucks. Hope it gets better for you.
