I emailed them a research paper on how to improve the amount of testers they have since they asked for it, and then they ran off and I haven't heard from them in 4 hours. Guess that's all they needed."

We haven't had a chance to respond to that, but wanted to be communicative and that we didn't run off. We're still trying to resolve the issue from yesterday.
