I use two different ones daily.
how so? like I described? I'm just trying to fine tune my work enviroment I know there isn't any magic bullet for making more here but I figure the best way to increase earnings is to have everything running as smoothly as possible, seconds shaved is dollars earned.

I actually had to look again when I saw the requester come up. I'm never going to work for them.

Dealing with rejection emails is part of the process. Just grit your teeth and do it. No reason to throw a twitter tantrum about it.
Was just going to post this tweet of theirs:

"If you do Mturk HITs for us and like it please spread the word. Too many expiring HITs and may have to insource work soon. #Amazon"

Good requesters don't have many hits expire. Maybe they should think about that.

Does anybody else run two different browsers? I feel like Firefox handles the forum and scrap better due to the excessive memory chrome uses when having a billion tabs open but obviously like working in chrome much more.
Yes! I have Firefox on one monitor, Chrome on the other.

I think a lot of it really depends on personal preferences. I use chrome for most things. If I'm working on a batch I usually use canary incognito (just started trying it out) where I have most scripts and extensions disabled with only the necessary ones running for that batch.

Do they have a short time limit on them before they expire?

i think you're missing the point of what 99% of people use twitter for, which is spewing their unfiltered bullshit without thinking about it remotely and being upset at everything because they're bored.

Doesn't look like it...60 mins and 2 hrs are the times on two of their posts.
I assume they're referring to HIT expiration date and not time allowed?

A lot of their HITs are phone calling. If someone snags the HIT and then needs to wait until they have quiet time or the office they're calling is open then yeah, a lot are going to expire. I know I've accepted some of theirs to audit the phone calls (not make the calls), but if it says in the HIT that the call is 10 minutes long and I realize that I've got it in my queue when there's only 5 minutes left on the timer (because I often forget to check timers in my queue), then yeah, that'll expire too.

My main browser is Firefox only because I've been using it for years and am too lazy to transfer bookmarks and stuff. I like using Chrome in case of hits that require it or if something loads slowly in FF.

I duno today I learned you can manipulate the hit timer with your pc clock least it can be set forward I assume it can go backwards...see the problem is people assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but *actually* from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint - it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff. =D
