It's not broken it's batch throttling, too many people are trying to do them. Improvements and whatnot

check jaded's link in her post above. that links explains the batch throttling nonsense. also I got 3 over a few minutes, then 25 really fast all at once. so idk what that means. the panda is just an autorefresh in a browser tab, it's not TM or anything fancy.
