My grandparents took me to sizzler about once a week. It was the only sit down restaurant in my little Eastern Ky town, Mainly because me town was dry. You can't even get an Appleby's in a dry town.

I am so sorry to hear that! As i recall, there's no "tell us what you think about this survey." But, you can always email them when you are finished. It was painful at 15, I can't imagine how much more pain they want to inflict.
