Hey, has anyone ever had issues verifying their bank account? (not tax/identity info)

I've been trying to verify my bank account since I joined Mturk on May 8th but their document uploader is broken, I have no idea if they even got my fax, and customer service has been extremely unhelpful. The only person to try to help me was through regular Amazon customer service but they didn't even know the Mturk customer service email (they gave me an email that wasn't valid). I have the bank statement, it meets their requirements, I just can't seem to get it to them. I'm getting desperate here . What's really dumb is that my bank account is already verified on my Amazon Seller's account---I get deposits from Amazon all the time already. I just can't seem to verify it for Mturk.

If they have a problem uploading documents, you can use a site like Imgur to upload screen prints (etc.).
Then you can send a URL like http://i.imgur.com/2OUuQw0.png as part of an email.

You'll have to use Amazon Payments' web form, so it's prudent to keep a text file of whatever you send.

I did a couple. There is a long tutorial, You have to wait around a lot. I would say not worth it. Also there is supposed to be a bonus but I have never gotten one.

They just did it on their own. Did you use a standard fax form cover page and everything? I also faxed it from an actual fax machine, I've had issues with using the online free fax services.

Is there a form from Amazon I'm supposed to use? I used an actual fax machine and it was kind of a pain (I don't have one and I also don't drive) so I'd rather not have to do it again. But I'll do it if they'll actually verify it this time.
