Don't return them! Next step is to find the right one. They have to be done in a specific order and sometimes Google's internal clock screws that order up. Go into your queue and start opening up hits in another tab. Then go through them until you find the one that works. After that they should go in order.

Cases like this where that frame refresher does more harm than good (have to practically fight it to kill that tab)

I had 1 in about 15 or so. I remember doing these a couple months ago and every single one was a car dealer. I'm guessing they're scraping the bottom of the barrel.
