With all of this nonsense today, I'm calling in a night. I have alerts on my phone for any pandas I catch, but otherwise, night folks. Today has been a stressful hell day. I'm still pissed at that survey from earlier. I might send them an email like Azazael did too.
Sleep well. Things usually look a little better after a good sleep. :)

Did anyone qualify for that Vanderbilt study (from the HIT - "Brief survey to see if you qualify for a larger study where you can earn $70")? I just started part one and I don't think I can do this. It's supposed to take about 40 min, but if it gets worse than this I can't stomach it. :\

I feel like I'm missing something. I can't find anything good to work on. what are you guys working on?
It's easy to account for a couple of hundred thousand, i.e. brelig, crowdsurf and a few other crap hits but I can't account for 5 or six hundred thousand of these...dunno

It said I qualified but, I never received instructions for part 2 so, not really sure. Sorry. It was rough, though. :/

I want a light, funny book to read. Any suggestions? I know I started a book thread but no one ever goes there because you guys are a bunch of illiterate turkers, I guess.
The Road by Cormac McCarthy, it's about a father and his son going on fun adventures throughout the country.

I enjoy YA books so thank you. :)
Its not light or funny but if you like those books on the YA/Adult border you should give Red Rising by Pierce Brown a try. I just finished listening to the audio version of it and that was awesome. Its the first book that I have read that truly does live up to its billing as a mix between Hunger Games and Enders Game.

The relief you feel when an old friend who no longer likes you (and actually lowered your Bodacious rating by 70 points overnight) starts liking your posts again... And then the disappointment you feel when you realize that same old friend is actually auto-liking basically everything. Sigh. :blackeye:

I just re-read Cynthia Voigt's Tillerman series over the last day or two. It's YA but it speaks to virtually every age and literacy level to some extent and never fails to make me laugh, cry and want to sing. :)
