Hello all...been stalking you from afar for a couple of days. Decided I would join up and say hello.



Have learned a lot from many of you.

On a different note, Masters has been on my mind lately mainly because the last time it was awarded was in December. I've sort of been expecting to see it granted this month. Did I perhaps miss anything along the way?

At the risk of being that guy who is always last to stop using a meme, but here is the next best light and fun book (after princess bride). I highly recommend The Warrior's Apprentice by Lois McMaster Bujold. Its SF, but it has the best character development I have ever read. Miles Vorkosigan is an awesome character with flaws, brilliance, insecurities, bravado, confidence, and ostracizing impairment, a powerful family. etc. All of the various character traits are well developed and all together make a reckless Hero you can't help but love

Seconded. They are light, and fun, but I've stayed up till 3am with books in that series before.

I'm actually giving my first CSATS fail (other than a couple that had to cut cloth) Can't believe this person is inside another human being with robot claws and sharp things....
