No, the requester web interface was completely down. HITs could only be published through the API, which not that many requesters use. So there was a significant decrease in available work, especially surveys, which are usually published through the web interface.

Edit: I think they did have some limited web interface functionality on Friday, though.

I'm pretty sure the only reason why thurs/fri wasn't awful was because there were a bunch of google batches and they're not hosted through the mturk platform
