You could do it without a script pretty easily. Just monitor your dashboard with c4c or page monitor or something. It's going to create a bunch of page requests, though, as it has to constantly refresh to check whether or not you're still logged in.

What should you do if you couldn't make a call or hear hold music?

• Try again, the tech expert might be on a call so best to wait for a few minutes and try again (wait atleast 2 minutes between tries).
• Please make sure you have answered all questions in the survey. unanswered surveys will be rejected.

Edit: Keep at it until you're close to expiration then they have options for when you can't get through.
