Step 4 often has a Server error. If you can, wait for the timer to go to Step 5. If you can't get back in, take a screen shot and email the requester and submit the Hit. They are cool about it.

Not a log in screen but I'm getting 500 errors intermittently. I've been able to right click and Refresh Frame a few times, if it's just the frame that's causing the issue.
