Did you read the instructions/examples? They're pretty thorough. Just follow that as your guideline.
It means correct. Is it the song listed, is it by the artist listed, and does the song in the video match with the song listed.
They give you a few examples to help you. "valid" IMO just means any title that seems reasonable. So it can't be like "track 2" or anything with random letters/numbers that wouldn't be in a real track title.
It isn't about the video, it's about the title name and the artist name.
Ugh! I remember the ~usual cap being .. 15(?) for awhile, but this current trend of 3 or 4 is so frustrating. I don't understand the reasoning behind it. If a good worker is willing to go ham on your batch, you should allow it!
