Just got a rejection from Memory Lab because they said I didn't do the follow up survey when I actually did. I hate the off the records work, because you are at the mercy of the requester and they can just treat you however the hell they want. Wrote them a polite email.

Their usual mode of feeding is to make use of time paradoxes - with a single touch, a Weeping Angel can send a person into the past to a point before his/her own birth, and can then feed off the "potential energy" of the years which that victim would have lived in the present.

I couldn't think of a good way to phrase it so there's the wiki. You're pretty much right.

Interesting. It's just weird because I remember the first weeping angels episode, whenever they'd come across someone, you'd hear a big crunch like they were eating their bones or something. But maybe that's the sound of potential energy being consumed
