Anyone doing this be careful. It says to enter your ID after the IAT, but there was no slot to put it into. I emailed the requester and I am waiting for a response.

I was able to submit my ID. I actually had to do that twice as the page reloaded after the first time I submitted it. The second time it advanced to the next page. Sounds like the survey is a little glitchy.
