"Latest" scraper I have at .45 minimum (lowered because of Spiek) and 1/1 second refresh. Still too slow a lot of the time but not much I can do about it :\

edit: have logged out scraper running in Firefox and a batch scraper (.02 min/20 sec refresh) running in Opera.
