is this bipolar - neighbor runs to her door and opens it everytime she hears my door open, screams to her dog all the time outside until the landlord tells her to stop, goes in and out of her apt. 25+ times a day especially when there are other random people outside. then when there's a game on tv and it's fathers day so those things aren't working to get attention, she is now trying taking her pants off and is going from apt. to car and back in her panties. is that bipolar or what is that?

also free pants-less woman show at my apt. complex which will apparently continue all night.

That seems like something a lot different than Bipolar. Pretty severe illness, whatever it is.

Eh, sounds like there's some kind of problem but....none of that reminds me of bipolar disorder. I have it, there are a lot of strange misconceptions but most of us manage just fine .

That is insane, though. My neighbors are mostly just drunk and loud.

No. Bipolar people can blend like anyone else. They just have ups and downs. Most are clinically depressed and have times where they're manic and do "risky" things. Don't confuse "crazy" for bipolar. I'm not bipolar but have several bipolar friends to varying degrees. And some have been in trouble with the law a time or two while manic. How old is she? Sounds more like dementia or schizophrenia but I'm no expert.

Whoa, that does not sound like a pleasant environment. The last place I lived in, we had this crazy neighbor and one time I heard him outside in the hallway at 3 am yelling at a woman, "Do not put your fucking fingers in my fucking mouth!" I really wanted to get the background story on it but I thought it was best not to interfere.
