Ah, yea, I had a guy in remote corner of Canada near Alaska that didn't want to pay extra for tracking. Then he put in a claim saying item never arrived, and I lost 80$. I forgot about that. I learned to buy tracking no matter what (this was a long time ago and international tracking can get tricky). I emailed customer service and showed them my three emails telling him to buy tracking, and my receipt for shipping out and they gave me the money back.

Yeah PayPal is pretty notorious for either suspending people's accounts or making pretty horrible judgement calls in regards to disputes. I've personally never had issues with them and have had an account for more than a decade, but I'm always very skeptical of keeping too much money in there for too long.

I was one of their first sign ups, and I got a few referrals back when they did that. I do enjoy my PayPal account, but I no longer sell online
