Right, I guess my question is how do I get the link without having someone post their PANDA for it? I've searched Google for Project Endor and Zoltar and found the requesters MTurk page, is that enough? Forgive me if these questions are answered elsewhere, it's hard to find up to date information sometimes.

Uh, no, you have to have the HIT group ID.
Which is pretty exclusive to the actual PANDA. For some of the popular stuff, you will NEVER see it without the panda given to you from someone else.

There are republican only surveys for this dude. And I've always answered all of his surveys as a hardline democrat so I'm not sure why I was given the repub qual.
